What is PIS?

PIS is a program created to reward those who work under a signed employment contract in private companies. This bonus is paid annually to a specific group of workers: you must have worked at least 30 days in the previous year, earning on average up to two minimum wages, and be enrolled in PIS for at least 5 years. The maximum amount paid by PIS is one minimum wage for those who worked for 12 months.

What is PASEP?

Very similar to PIS, which is aimed at private company workers, PASEP is a program specifically for public servants.
